Extreme Voice is a student-led, staff directed ministry which seeks to see a generation impacted by the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  This means that students are equipped to DO the ministry instead of being only spectators.  Teams of students work to make this ministry happen.  These students are trained and directed by a group of adults who provide guidance, training, and mature ministry as needed.  Therefore, the Leadership Team is composed of a Pastor of Student Ministries, Adult Sponsors, and Student Leaders.

Many adults help to make up the Leadership Team as Sponsors.  They serve in various ways such as helping with van service, prayer or ministry, or simply just being there.  Student leaders are those who have completed the EV Discipleship Process and are currently leading or preparing to lead a Voice Group.
